Share & Care Holdings

holding

Share & Care Holdings Ltd started its activities on its own land in 2007. New Jubilee City is our current land development project. It was setup with a view to build up plots of different sizes starting from 3, 5 and

7.5 Khata each with provisions of school, college, university, hospital, park, and other modern facilities. The project is situated opposite the power station of the Dhaka-Aricha highway which is only 4 kilometres away from the national Parliament building and at the juncture of the North and South Bengal entry point to Dhaka, and the 300 feet wide Asian highway is not very far.

In contrast to many other companies, we only sell land which we have purchased and own legally; hence our customers can be absolutely sure that their land plot will be delivered on time. We believe that development should be decentralised. That is why Share & Care group has taken the unique plan to develop model villages in different districts of Bangladesh.

We believe that development should be decentralized and widely spread. That is why Share and Care group has taken a unique plan to develop model village in 64 district of the country which will be implemented very soon.

At present we have taken another land development project in Chittagong, the commercial capital of the country.

The unique character of our land project is that we only sale those land which we have bought, therefore our customer would never have worry about getting their land on time.
