Share & Care does its business in Bangladesh therefore it is committed to give something back to the people of the country. Since its inception we have included social care program with our business plan. So, Share & Care also has some social welfare projects to help the poor people of Bangladesh. For example, it has programs like scholarships for students, and financial assistance for the orphans and the widows. After the recent SIDR, it extended its assistance for the rehabilitation of the SIDR victims.
Main aims of our welfare program are:
1. To provide education and training to the underprivileged people of Bangladesh so that they can equip themselves to change their fate. We believe giving alms does not help a person in any way. It may bring some instant benefit to the person but in the long run poverty will not leave him. Therefore Share and Care aims to train people with various skills so that they can self employed themselves.
2. Share and Care scholarship program is designed to help poor but meritorious student to continue their study and encourage them to shine in their life. At present we distribute scholarship for student of college and university. For school age student we have plan to establish educational institution which will provide free and quality education
3. Share & Care looks after its staff through staff welfare project under which the company have plan to arrange housing, education for staff’s children and provide help for social function such as marriage ceremony. At present Share & Care provide basic health support to its staff.
Share & Care health project aims to provide free and quality health support to the people ofBangladesh. Under company’s proposed medical plan we will establish one medical centre in each district of the country. We have plan to use existing infrastructure such as mosque complex.

Share & Care believes that as it is running its business in Bangladesh, It has a responsibility to her people. Unlike many business concerns of the country which only profits from the people and never gives back to the society Share & Care is determined to break the tradition. The company is running by some efficient young entrepreneurs of Bangladesh who know the country and its people very well.
