Share & Care Micro Credit Program

There are many NGO’s working in Bangladesh which provide micro credit to the under privileged people of the country. Often these aids are not without any agenda and also based on interest, therefore poor people of the country always stays in the vicious circle of the poverty. The NGO’s that are operating in the country charge high rate of interest as these are insecure loan. One research conducted by students of Jahangirnagar University shows that Grameen Bank at some cases charge 122% interest to its borrowers. Many fail to repay their loan due to unproductive spending of the borrowed money. We believe that providing only loan cannot help people but they also need training  to use those loan for productive purposes.

Our micro credit project is interest less.  Money wich will be initially invested will also be circulated among the borrowers and emphasis will be  put on training so that they can use the borrowed money for the purpose it was taken.

Creating self employment capability among the working age people of Bangladesh is a crucial need. Seeking a job,  have become an alternative for most of the young people of the country. Often it goes un-noticed that they can self employed themselves. This does not happen due to the fact that young people does not have necessary skills which will enable them to be self employed.  So, Share & Care have devised a plan under which we will provide necessary skill training so that young people specially from the under privileged background could have specialized training to be an entrepreneur.
