Bangladesh is a land of enormous possibilities. Although a small country in terms of land area, it’s the 7^th largest country in the world in terms of its population. Competent leadership, proper planning, honesty, capability and integrity can transform this huge population into a formidable workforce and thereby our dear motherland can emerge as a prosperous country. With this dream and a determination to go ahead as a flourishing nation, utilizing the boundless promise of the coming days, Share & Care Group, a joint venture of some local and foreign entrepreneurs has been launched.

The Beginning

Share & Care is a venture, of some Bangladeshi expatriates living in the UK, USA, Italy, Australia, Greece, Malaysia, and other countries including the Middle-East, not for mere business purposes but for doing something noble for the people of our homeland, Bangladesh. It started its journey as a Joint Stock Company registered as Share & Care Developers Ltd at Dhanmondi, Dhaka in April 2006. Although it started as a single company, now the group runs several companies. Within a short time, by the grace of the Almighty and due to the dedication of the shareholders, we have come a long way and have been able to win the support and trust of both local and foreign interested parties. Today, we are getting a huge number of offers for joint investment in numerous projects that have certainly encouraged us and boosted our confidence to march forward. The professional and human qualities within the Group and amongst our partners, indicate the level of trust we have gained, and our potential for the future
