The following Executive Committee has been elected for the year 2009-11:

1. Mr. ADM Younus is the current Chairman of the S&C Group. He graduated from Islamic University (IU), Kushtia and subsequently completed his Masters and MPhil from the same University. He is a qualified social worker by profession and living in London, UK. He is the MD of the Ernest Investment (UK) Ltd., a housing and financing company in the UK. He is also the Director of Admin of a wel-known UK research institution and a leading think tank in London. He wrote several books. He is a prominent and widely known community leader in the UK and Europe.

2. Mr. Shah Alam Bhuyan is the Managing Director of Share & Care group. A graduate from the University of Dhaka in Marketing. He is a multi skilled person. Shah Alam Bhuyan is a veteran student leader. His management capability crowned him to accumulate many success despite being very young.

3. Barrister M Asaduzzaman is the Vice-Chairman of the S&C Group. He is a qualified Barrister and working for an immigration-consulting firm in the UK. He completed his graduation and Masters from the IU, Kushtia. He is a community organiser and the co-ordinator of the Bangladesh Forum Europe (BFE), Bangladeshi overseas students organisations in the UK

4. Dr Major (Retd) Towfiqur Rahman is a retired army person of Bangladesh army and currently vice chairman of Share & Care Group. His responsibility is to look after share & care holdings ltd and autobricks. Mr. Tawfiq is renowned business potential of the country. Many business ventures of the country have been nurtured and advocated  by him.

5. Dr Kamrul Hasan is the coordinators for S&C holdings ltd(overseas). He completed his graduation and Masters in Geology from Dhaka University. He completed his PhD from University of London. He is an Environmental Scientist by profession and worked for the UK Environment Agency and DFID for 4 years. He is the Chairman of the Foundation for Quality Education, UK. He is also a trustee of the Global Aid Trust (UK Charity).

6. Mahera Ruby is a research student in Glodsmith College University of London. She has completed her graduation in Chemistry with Honours  from prestigious Sussex University of UK. Mahera Ruby is an elloquent speaker and a parenting consultant.  

 7. Mr Mohammed Mohsin is the Finance Director of the S&C Group. He was a Business & Financial Analyst of IBIZSP Chartered Certified Accountants, London, UK. He completed his graduation from Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka. He holds double MBA from London. He is a Member of Al-Amin Financial Services Ltd, UK.

8. Mr Nazmul Hasan is the project director of S&C socilawelfare foundation. He is one of the directors of zamzam international UK and the chairman of Earnest investment ltd UK and also managing director of eduvision Bangladesh.

9. Maulana Delouer Hossain is an Imam in a Mosque in New York. He completed his graduation and Masters from Islamic University, Kushtia. He is widely known person within the Bengali community in New York and involved and sitting as a committee members in many community works and organisations in the USA.

10. Mr M Nazrul Islam is the director of Investment and coordinator of UK office S&C group. He is currently studying BAR -AT-Law vocation trainning course. Mr. Islam is an young enthusiastic entreprenure.

11. Dr SM Abdul Quddus is the direcotor of human resource and reserach  and also responsible for agrobased and palm oil industry project of S&C group. He is the chairman of department of  Public Administration of the university of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Mr. Quddus is also involved with various international social projects.

12. Mohammed Mohiuddin Sheeble is a reknowned businessman stationed in USA. He served as an officer in US Marine and studied in the Unibersity of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Currently he is a contractor of the city of New York, USA.

 13. Mr. Belayeth Hussain is a solicitor and specialist to immigration and only Bengali immigration Judge in the UK. He is working with a reputed immigration consultancy firm (J D Webb) in the UK. He is sitting on a number of School Governing bodies and board of directors of various voluntary organisations, including holding the position of Vice-Chair of the Joint Council of Welfare for Immigrants (JCWI). Mr. Belayeth is representating in the EC as a head of the Share & Care Holdings Ltd.
