Ans: Private Limited Company, incorporated under the Companies Act. 1994, having its registered office at Sultana tower (12th floor), 2 Mirpur road, Kalabagan, Dhaka.

Q5. Do you have any completed Project?

Ans: Yes. 7 projects of 85 flats already completed and handed over as well. Among them 6 projects are located in Dhaka and 1 in Chittagong.

Q7. Do you have any measure against Earth Quack?

Ans: Yes. Earth Quack resistance criteria according to BNBC standard is followed in designing the RCC Frame Structure.

 

Q8. How many people can be shared owner of a Flat / Plot?

 Ans: Maximum Five people can be the shared owner of each Flat / Plot.

 

Q9. Will I get the title on land or I’ll only get the possession?

Ans: Under the Saf Kabla REGISTRATION you will get title on land along with the structure.

 

Q10. What about your payment mode?

Ans:

  1.  Booking for each Flat & Plot are Tk.1.00 lac and Tk.10 thousand / katha respectively.
  2. Down Payment (25 – 30)% of the total amount based on location
  3.  Rest of the amount to be paid by equal monthly installment starting from the next month after booking and to be continued till handover time.
  4.  If any client wants to get bank loan to pay flat price, we will try in getting up to 70% bank loan on be half of the client.

Q11. Does it mean that you are giving assurance in getting bank loan?

Ans: Bank loan depends on its applicants qualifications as Financial Institutions / Banks demanded. We just help him (client) by our expertise and experience and providing necessary docs.

 

Q12. Do you have any other projects / business where we may take part?

Ans: Yes, we have the investment project. You may invest your money and earn profit based on Islamic shariah. As per our previous record we have given up to 20% profit on investment.
